PART-YEAR RESIDENT:
If you are filing as a part-year resident of North Carolina, you will need Form D-400. Form D-400states if you have the type of ownership with properties, businesses, trade, occupations, professions, and any type of winnings such as gambling and/or lottery. NON-RESIDENT:
