If you are a full-time resident of Hawaii, which states that you resided in Hawaii for more than 200

PART-YEAR RESIDENT:
If you are a part-time resident, this means you lived in Hawaii for less than 200 consecutive days or you
moved in and out of Hawaii during the year, you are required to file Form N-15. If you have any questions,

NON-RESIDENT:
If you are a nonresident with a tax liability, you are required to file Form N-15. However, if you are active
military and you are stationed in Hawaii, you are not subject to Hawaii income tax; you are required to file
